Position : Finance Officer

Intro : Responsible for day to day financial and accounting activities including GL accounting, monthly closing, accounts payable, banking operations and reporting to Corporate on financial matters.

Job Description
  • Preparing and Distributing MIS of Operations, Utilization Certificate (U.C)
  • Calculations and Processing of Salaries of the employees
  • Compliances (TDS, GST, P.F and Income Tax)
  • Maintaining records for all stream of revenue likes application and affiliation fees, assessment fees, center audit fees, Training of Trainers and Training of Assessors fees etc.
  • Coordinaton with team for RTI and Legal Letters
  • Work as a team to ensure timely closure of audit & closing.
  • Setting up strong financial accounting & reporting processes
  • Handling internal audits and statutory audits.
  • Month end closing process and ensure accuracy and timeliness in reporting and books closing
  • Ensure end to end process management for accounts payable ensuring timely payment of vendors and includes timely closure monthly expense provisioning.
  • Managing day to day banking operations including hedge contracting, treasury reporting and keep control on bank charges.
  • Manage Funds Planning and cash forecast.
  • Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing efficiency and effectiveness around Finance function.
  • Should have knowledge of SAP ERP system

B&WSSC is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to form a part of the regional presence of the team. By taking on this role, candidate to provide leadership in the area of community and stakeholder engagement at the regional level.

Qualification : Post-graduate (desired) / Graduate in Management / Economics / Public Policy or related.

Experience : Minimum 5-7 years of experience in government / private sector in a multi-stakeholder engagement role.

Number : 3 – One each for East & North-East India (1), West India (1) and South India (1)

Mandatory:
  • Candidate should have worked in Skill Development Sector
  • Proficient in MS Office and analytical skills
  • Ability to work and liaise with local / state govt bodies
  • Experience in outcome-driven consultations with multiple stakeholders, including academia, researchers, global policy institutions, development sector intermediaries and think tanks
  • Strong background in partnership building and proven analytical and communication skills
  • Open to extensive traveling within the region
  • Personal conveyance is a must
  • Candidate to be not more than 40 years of age

Remuneration : 5 Lakhs per annum

Job Description
  • The Regional Engagement Officer will provide technical and operations support to the corporate team in coordinating various operations within State Skill Mission, state departments engaged in skilling, help to develop and implement engagement plans for projects and services facilitated & implemented by the council, including state govt, special & CSR projects throughout the region
  • Monitoring and evaluation of state schemes and programmes implemented by NSDC & state missions in Beauty & Wellness domain
  • Lead and support in various state engagement activities, in the best interest of the council. Scope of work includes active representation at state mission meetings and workshops in the respective region. Coordinating & supporting citizen engagement initiatives like rozgar melas, skill exhibitions, citizen feedback systems & other state driven or council driven events & initiatives
  • Engaging with state missions in the purview of the respective region on regular basis and addressing payment, training, assessment and certification issues in the states. Coordinating with them for monitoring reports, collating information/reports required by the council on weekly/monthly basis & thereby present outcomes and advice to council on a regular basis
  • Providing research and technical assistance and capturing knowledge from the field through data analysis and impact assessment frameworks
  • Ensuring advocacy of skilling initiatives in the state. Act as a strong interface between the council and various stakeholders - industry members, training partners, assessors, contractors and local government bodies for various associations and projects in their respective region

Candidates with experience in Wellness industry will be preferred.
